The Judson House is not yet open, but Lord willin' and the creek don't rise, we'll be open by the first of November.
Our little coffee shop in the back of this gorgeous old house will be called "The Back Porch". Fun, relaxed, simple name for a place that we pray will be a fun, relaxed, get-back-to-simpler-times place for our friends and neighbors to gather to share some great drinks and homemade treats.
I'm having dreams (not exactly nightmares ... yet!) about food, about the shop, even about the music we'll be playing. We'll see, over the coming weeks and months, how those dreams play out ...
